Intertrad provides professional translations of legal documents of all types: contracts, notarial deeds, articles of incorporation, powers of attorney, from and into any language.
We can also offer translations sworn before the Court of Pordenone and/or legalized (with the Hague Convention Apostille for non-EU countries) by the State Attorney's Office. We carry out all the necessary legalization procedures, so that the translated document is delivered to the client complete and ready for use.
In Italy, there are numerous types of document for which translations require legalization: marriage and birth certificates, criminal records office certificates, driving licences, vehicle ownership documents, Chamber of Commerce certificates, writs and deeds of summons, injunctions and court orders, divorce and adoption documents (both exempt of stamp duty), legal depositions, medical reports for insurance claims, tax-deductible receipts for specialist medical fees paid abroad.
Interpreting
Interpreting is one of the most important areas in the field of language services. Intertrad's team of mother-tongue interpreters are trained in providing interpreting at trade fairs, exhibitions, conventions, conferences and business meetings – wherever language might create a barrier to comprehension.
Intertrad provides two different types of interpreting service:
- In interpreting for business meetings, the presence of the interpreter makes it possible for smaller groups of persons to communicate without difficulty, even when no common language cam be used.
- In simultaneous interpretation, the interpreter renders the message in the target-language as quickly as he or she can formulate it from the source language, while the source-language speaker continuously speaks. The simultaneous interpretation is rendered to the target-language listeners via their earphones.
